What counts as an attended survey
A survey booked by Jobbed from a missed call or enquiry you would not otherwise have answered in time, that you then attend.
No long-term contract. You can stop at any time.

Will the texts sound like my firm?
Yes. We write the texts and questions with you, in your words, and nothing goes out until you have approved it. Homeowners hear from your firm, from your number.
What about jobs I do not want?
You set the rules, such as job types, the postcodes you cover and how urgent a job needs to be. Only jobs that meet them are offered a survey. Everyone else gets a polite, prompt reply with the next step you choose.
Will I know what the job is before I turn up?
Yes. Before each survey you get a short note: who rang, the job, the postcode and how they answered your questions.
Does it pick up my calls for me?
No. Jobbed texts back the calls you miss and follows up website enquiries, ad leads and texts. When you pick up the phone yourself, nothing changes.
What does month one cost?
There is no retainer and no setup fee. You pay per attended survey from a call you would have missed. We discuss the figure on a 15-minute call.
Do I have to change my phone number or diary?
No. Texts go out from your firm's number and surveys go into the diary you already use.
Can I stop?
Yes. There is no long-term contract. If the surveys are not worth it to you, you can stop at any time.
